Taking the 2gr-fse to new heights
Ya, I went looking for it a while a go on yt. Couldn't find anything.
Hope the dude is okay!
It was there just a few days ago. My friend up there actually met him and rode in his IS just a few weeks ago. I'll ask him what's up? Maybe he took down all the racing stuff for legal reasons? idk?
Also hate to say it, but lots and lots of those _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ s/c's have been blowing up all over the place.

Boosting engines with high compression ratios can have consequences. A lot of work needs done to tune them for the real world. Even then, OEM boosted engines rarely make it 250k miles without additional expense.
When I had my IS350, I was actually interested in the RR Racing S/C, but after having a back and forth discussion with one of their engineers, I decided to abandon that route. Yes, you will gain 455 WHP, but the strain it would put on the motor was a risk I wasn't willing to take. It's not that your engine will blow right away, but the strain on it is pretty high. If your engine is exhibiting any type of issue, it will exacerbate it. And it's going to shorten the life of your engine and increase maint intervals. I wish I had saved our back and forth emails.
Those aren't tears of joy
If you don't know.... you just don't know. A RC F S/C'd was blown twice within 30 - 60 day's even after a 2nd rebuilt. Don't ask me anymore than that about it. It's the owners own personal business. It's out there in the Lexus community outside of CL.It take a designed plan to built a Boosted motor that lives. Slight Boost even needs Management. Things to do are like, a bigger radiator, and/or Oil cooler. Retard Timing, in the Maps RPM's, slightly Rich fuel, high octane fuel. A higher boost motor needs internals in a addition. Forged internals to withstand Detonation if it occurs. Also much Lower Compression head gaskets. You also need to know the hp limits of the motor.

Not going to post links. It's out there word of mouth. Why do you want to know about it anyway?

PS: See how long I have been a member here? I still don't have a "favorite forum member". lol! We all disagree some time and it's just life. You will be ok.
Try to add something to this thread instead of..... You ever thought about ppl who spend close to $10k or more on engine mods don't want stuff like you are asking?

Try to add something to this thread instead of.....I have not seen you share anything other than childless Drama, and asking for help with your problems. Even when you have resolved your issues you rarely ever post back the results so other might be helped if they have the same problem you asked for help with.

Here is a nice Vid I saw a few days ago, This Guy is a great builder. I think the 2GR has this same Piston Squish decks designs. Mean to look up the 2GR head and pistons but have not had time. If I remember I think they are the same Piston Combustion chamber design. I really like his minimalist approach to increasing hp. I would love to send him some 2GR Heads to do the work on. Ported Head work and a Valve job have been on my bucket list from one day. Bullet proof n/a about the same hp increase without FI!

Again do you have any useful info you can add to this forum thread? You sure have come here with lots of you own Lexus car problems, asking for help.

I'm just assuming you're a troll at this point 🤣🤣 I'll admit you got me good
I'm done responding to you. I am moving on........Read this: I asked you - "What app device are you using to log the fuel trims with"? Because your Data looked weird to me. Are you ok???? I gave you the exact reason you had "another problem" and how you could fix it. It was the O2 extender like I told you. Yes or NO? Just like the other 2 times I told you what was wrong and how to fix it.
