Default Electrical issues after engine swap

I finished my engine swap on my 2007 is350 about a week ago.
Got a low mileage JDM 2grfse from a 3is I believe since it had the 2013-2017 heater hose lines.

I was previously getting a P0031 and P0051 that would pop right back up immediately after clearing codes. I found out the bank1 O2 extension melted, I'm assuming from the exhaust manifold. I got rid of the melted extension and replaced the 15amp A/F fuse. And now I have Long/Short term fuel trims working again.(previously constantly displayed "0") And had no cel for 2 days.

The car runs good and pulls strong, but what seems like at random times will end up throwing these electrical codes P1279, P2237 and P2240. And cylinder 4 will keep misfiring when I give it gas. I have to drive very lightly, like 10% throttle to not get any misfires.

Im not very familiar with electrical systems but I've been doing some research to pinpoint my issues.I'd greatly appreciate any help that you guys can provide. Thanks

Are these new or used sensors into headers or what's going on? And you swapped your harness to the new engine?

These sensors are new I bought them about a month ago. The 02 sensor code hasn't popped up since that one time after I fixed the open circuit so I'm guessing it was a stored code I didn't clear, but the port injector issue code is still occuring. The wiring harness had to be swapped with mine since it was JDM and also cut.

Update: after testing the fuel injector with a multimeter I assumed it was okay as it was reading 12.7 like the rest, so i replaced the JDM wiring harness for bank 2 fuel injectors with my old one and the code hasn't popped up since. Also the O2 sensors have been functioning fine, the code was definitely a stored one from before I got rid of the extension as well. I've driven over 300miles with the car running on and off for about 5-8 hours each day and it was as smooth as butter (except for my rough shifts)
despite the good results,As always I'm still expecting the worst, but hoping for the best haha.

Can you post some fuel trim data?

What does your long term fuel trims look at idle? Do they go to "zero" on hard acceleration?

I'm kinda unsure of the order of you putting in the new sensor vs when the wire melted and code came in?

There were some F cars guys who had this problem related to a few thing similar. One repaired the O2 extender wires, the repair was no good being they carry a +/- sensitivity of amp/milliamps, and that threw it off. Another had some extension wire that were just faulty due to wire size or length or connectors or something like that.

I have also seen the aftermarket O2 sensor cause problems because they were not Lex/Toy brand. I also wonder if the short in the burned wire shorted out and damaged the o2 sensors also. Normally regardless of what those codes say, it's almost always a O2 Sensor or the MAF problem.

Hopefully the CEL's won't come back.

Thanks for the reply, do you know a reputable place where I can buy a new extender from?

Sorry my timeline might've been explained poorly but it went like this:
New engine put in with O2 extenders on stock manifold. (They were bending/folding since they weren't extending as they normally would be with headers O2 port being relocated lower down)
The next day or so I got the CEL for the O2 sensors so i checked live data and noticed the fuel trims were always at 0, so basically they were off.
I noticed the O2 extender was burned/melted where the wire was exposed near the end past the protection sleeve, so I took the extenders out and replaced the blown 15amp fuse. Next time I drove the car and checked the data, O2 sensors were back and car drove smooth.
Then the next day the car bogged down and I pulled over and saw cylinder 4 misfire with the injector code and O2 code, (I'm assuming the O2 code was still there since I never cleared them)
And ever since I replaced the wire harness for bank 2 injectors, everything's been fine for the past 4 days or so.

I had some custom made here. I also had them put heat shielding sleeves on them. My 1st set of Headers did not come with them.

What app device are you using to log the fuel trims with?
