Default Anybody know what this line is for on intake plenum?

I'm looking to buy a new engine for my '07 IS350 and I noticed mine has a plug where these have what seems to be some fuel related line. Does anyone know what this line is for and if it's compatible with mine?

It's the brake booster vac line RHD cars. Brake booster is on driver side, and battery is on left for them. I could be wrong since I haven't looked at RHD ISx50's engine bays much.

ooooo that makes a lot of sense, thanks a lot. These do say they're JDM engines. Do you know if they'll work with a usa IS350 ecu? I just need to swap the engine out.

At one time I thought that was there for hook up for upper Intake cleaning line in. When I had it off the motor I blew compressed air into it. It only came out like 2 of the 6 ports. lol!
