Default Invidia catback performance gain?

Hi all,

I'm completely new to this so please educate me. I was mainly looking to have a better sound, without drone, but now I'm debating between getting axleback vs catback for the performance and added rumble. I'm wondering if anyone has ever dynoed their car, or even noticed performance gains? My car is completely stock, and I don't want highway drone either.
Opinions?

I've found this a few places on this forum. The only one I found with dyno tests before and after were for 2nd Gen IS350....

Axle-back 5-7 hp
Full cat-back 10-12 hp

I have invidia axle-back and have not noticed any power gains but feel confident in the 5-7. Which is tiny but sounds and looks much better as it should.
I have videos I'll be putting together on here soon.

I have the full catback exhaust on my IS250. Regardless of the gains, the 250 is still a slow car haha but it does feel less restricted and sounds pretty nice. Drone is not bad at all in my opinion. It does drone a little around 2,500 rpm but if you have music on its not that noticeable and honestly you get used to it over a while. I have a thread and vids for the exhaust. It is considered a quieter system compared to other options like Ark or Apexi though

Did you install the catback yourself? How much louder is the full catback compared to just axelback? I love the sound of my axelback but I want it to be louder, AND NOT get pulled over all the time for it.

Yeah I installed it with a friend and its not a hard to install. Its significantly louder but personally I don't mind. Havent gotten in trouble for it yet. I took someone out for a drive and he had the f sport axelback and he said the full invidia catback is way louder. Not sure if that helps as a comparison
