Very interested in real-world driving impressions versus dyno pulls or quarter mile blasts.

Thanks for all the info!

That's correct, 300 WHP with just exhaust and tune. Check out my build thread, look for Leg3ndary. It has the stock over modded dyno curve.

Real world driving impressions = -- I have scared old ladies and it's been fantastic....

Just checked out your build thread; thanks so much for sharing the detailed info - that's exactly the sort of information people are always looking for! I especially like the increase in torque across the spectrum. Thanks again, and enjoy the "new" car!

Lol thanks man! It definitely does feel new. I was thinking about getting an Audi S5 prior to this purchase. I now have reliability and a much more powerful car =p with this setup...

When you say exhaust, do you mean axle back, mid pipes, and headers? Or what?

From the catback. Axel back will get you 0 power. The midpipe includes a high-flow secondary cat.

I'm sure the 7200 limit will be a faster car than shifting at 6200, or even 6600...
Mine loves to pull all the way up to the 7000 shift...I can't imagine shifting sooner now...especially at the track...you run a little quicker not having that extra shift right at the end...

From post #7, if the graph included RPM you are saying the trans slip would show the engine at or past redline while torque drops, yes?

A trans slipping at max torque would burn clutches and trash the trans fast. Is this resolved?

Post Hi All

I have a Full Bolt on 2015 IS350 AWD. First of all, I wouldn't sleep on these 3rd Gen 350s and second, performance amazes me. I got PPE Headers, Full Cat Back Joe Z Exhaust system, RR Racing Tune w RR Racing Carbon Fiber Intake. Overall, I am pretty happy with the results, but once I had the RR racing tune in, it definitely woke the car up. I have not dyno my IS 350 yet but from what they state, I am probably pushing in the 345-350HP. I look forward in the future to get the RR racing Supercharge Kit and a few extra mods but right now its more of saving up due to me still being at college. With the Full Cat Back System, at downshifts a makes some backfiring pops but not to the point it backfires lol.. But I have seen videos of one IS350 in Dubai or Saudi that has been backfiring. Only thing is that if you guys care so much about MPG, than I wouldn't recommend it just cause once you slap a few extra performance mods don't mean you'll have the same MPG.

IS 350 Crafted Line?.... I thought they only made IS 250 that are crafted line unless you made it into one by wrapping the side mirrors and door handles.

Unfortunately it does exist. However Its not actually a transmission slip in my belief but the Torque Limiter to prevent a slip....Sadly it does exist with the OV Tune as well....Dyno to prove it

2012 Lexus IS 350 F-Sport...Check out MAF it basically cuts out

Tune has been adjusted since I will say will be Dyno testing shortly to see if Torque Limiter issue is resolved....Fingers crossed

So if i'm understanding this right. it's $3000-$3500 for 50whp? That's Intake, Exhaust, and a tune.
