A. I said in my last reply that I'll wait for the tune with the correct mode maps before proceeding with a Dyno. (The existence of said drive mode correction you confirmed in a prior post.)
B. I don't have Rafael's contact details. Moreover, I just received a message from you that seems to have been meant for Rafael regarding the Dyno session.

While I am very much grateful for the dyno offer, I do believe that it's in every party's interests if all the drive mode issues are ironed out first. Hope you can send the corrected file soon. Thanks

Unfortunately will not work with existing downpipes as the V-band for the OEM turbo is obnoxiously huge due to the catalyst.
Forum is technically live but still barebones right now

 

Will you be making custom downpipes for it or can we use a PPE downpipe for example?

Just wanted to let everyone know that at the end of september we will be moving to a larger facility. September will be the last month that our product is available, then we will be down for the move. (not shipping)

I’m glad to hear you’re still updating emails, unfortunately I’ve emailed “support@ovtune.zendesk.com” on August 26 and 31 and still haven’t receive a reply. My data log before that also took 3 weeks to get a response.
Is there a better way or an alternate email address to reach Orangevirus Tuning that provides more timely customer service?
