Default PPE Headers/Stock Mid-Pipe/Invidia Q300 Axle-Back combo?

Anyone know how this would sound? Or if you have heard it, please share your thoughts on the sound. I really want a good +15whp/wtq in my slow driving IS250.

I don't want the catless smell. Does the stock midpipes have the secondary cats there?

What's a fair price to get headers installed on this car?

Thanks guys.

As long as you keep the stock mid pipe, it should sound good. And yes, the stock mid pipe has 2 secondary cats.

I asked one place and got quoted over $500. I could probably do it with the help of some friends and a lift but it seems like a headache that I don't want to deal with yet.

Yeah,

I'm going Invidia Q300 mid pipes and axle back, but in time I'll save up and buy the PPE headers and go back to stock midpipes.

I need more power in this slow IS250 lol.... I swear even +10whp I feel

PPE Headers + full exhaust (JoeZ for me) and you could definitely feel the difference, was a lot "smoother pull" in upper ranges, from say 60-80mph. I'm boosted tho so it pulls a lot more noticeably then a stock 250

Did it feel like you lost some power in the lower rpms? Kind of like feeling most the headers benefits moved the power to the higher rpms.
I'll be adding the ppe headers w hiflow cats to a joe z exhaust plus an fsport intake

Do you have an exhaust clip by any chance?
