Default Headers with stock exhaust

What would headers with stock midpipe and axelback sound like? I'm wanting to add power but I don't want it to be too loud. Is this the best option? I have an invidia axelback on now. Should I leave that on? I have a 14 250

i would change the midpipe before headers, midpipe removes secondary cats and that increases power a bit. Changing headers would introduce smells and a possible CEL light.

Or you could keep it the way it is, and get a tune.

I've seen videos of aftermarket axlebacks with the megan midpipe and it sounds perfect. However, those were for the 2IS which might not have the same fitment as ours.

Oh wow, I didn't think headers would cause problems. What would a tune accomplish as far as horsepower? I haven't gotten a midpipe, because I am worried it will be too loud. I like the way it sounds now, it's just sort of noticeable.

you know what makes ton of horsepower ? buy a used IS350 3.5L engine and snap in there, there is a guy on Youtube swap 2JZ-FE Engine for his IS250.

A tune would take advantage of current mods. But at the very least a 10whp bump? Not entirely sure, I'm on the V6 350.

Headers works with stock exhausts. Have customers that have done that. Headers will gain you lot of noise and power.

Contact us for pricing on PPE headers.
