Had some old sheet metal laying around and cut these out too! Need that bit of back pressure so I don't over boost.

Looks like you've put that restrictor at the rear end of the midpipe, it should help some, but typically you would put the restrictor right at the turbo outlet/front of the midpipe for better control, as that 3" midpipe may still hold enough additional volume pre-restrictor to get some overboosting..

Hopefully you'll be installing a boost gauge in the car to make sure you can see how it is boosting.

Or just installing a boost controller to keep it in check, and most digital ones will have a built in boost gauge as well.

Good to see more progress, your getting there.

I have made 2 restrictor rings. I only posted up one though. The other one was a fuggin pain in the butt considering i was using shears and a drill. I will install the one in the pic 1st to see if I do over boost. If I do then I will add in the 2nd ring to help it out. I will have an Auto meter boost gauge in the car as well. Currently I'm just waiting to order the correct MK4 throttle cable, and Im in the process of working out a deal for a Trust FMIC from a guy in japan. I really hope that goes through!!

Default Aristo fuel pump option.

So I called Lexus of Seattle and I ordered the section of line that that connects to the top of the fuel pump housing. The reason I ordered it is because I have the Aristo fuel pump assembly with the return line connection. So If any of you guys that are wanting to keep it as stock as possible you can go this route. The line it self was $38.00 and the retaining clip is $2.30. then all you have to to is but he remaining length of fuel injection hose and run it to the return line coming off the engine. Just an option fork those guys that don't feel like doing the whole JPK thing or drilling a hole in their stock assembly and using a bulk head fitting. Currently the JZS161 fuel pump assemblies are going for $138.00 ON EBAY. Like I said its just another option. Im just trying to keep it as stock as possible. Well with the exception of a FMIC and an full 3in exhaust!! Check the attachment to view the line Im talking about. If you do go this route, don't forget to order the yellow retaining clip as well!! Ill post up some pics as soon as mine gets here and is installed.

Default Fuel return line

So Im coming up with a somewhat stock fix for the fuel return line. I order these for Lexus of Seattle and total shipped was about $40. The black line is actually the stock fuel feed line with yellow retaining clip. I will run that on the return side of the Aristo fuel pump assembly and connect it to some 5/16 fuel injector hose and run that back to the fuel return fitting in the engine bay. Ill post up picks after I run the line.

Nice work on using the stock hanger assembly, you should post up some other good pics of the whole assembly from a couple angles so that everyone can see any differences between the usdm and jdm hangers and jet/siphon.. I've read a couple people using the jdm one with a stock twins swap, but don't think I've seen any good pictures of the whole unit.
