I see you've install the grey jumper plug from the aristo in place of the black usdm one, but just making sure you also swapped out the orange one, as although both usdm and jdm are orange they are pinned out differently.

I marked bot sets of plugs as GE and GTE. So should I use the usdm black one? Also I was wondering about the O2 sensor plug that runs into the car via passenger floor board. Do I need to use that sensor on my new exhaust that I will be having made up? And secondly, I was wondering about the grey connector that is on the power steering lines just aft of the rack and pinion. The JDM trans harness has no plug for it. I looked everywhere for one thinking that I might have tucked it away on accident while installing the engine. Or, does it stay empty?
99 GS3, thank you very much for all your input. You have helped me out very much bud! If I could I'd buy you a case of beer! Ty friend!!!

mk4 throttle cable
So I received my MK4 throttle cable today and installed it. After running it through the fire wall i went to attach it to the throttle body and that thing was way to short. Is there a mod that needs to be done to it? Or is it a direct fit? The only thing I can think of is that the guy on ebay sent me the wrong one......The posting said it was from a 93.5 MKIV supra.

The MK4 cable is actually a couple inches longer than needed, so you must have gotten the wrong cable if it's too short, as the GS cable was only a couple inches to short in the first place. Sounds like you may have gotten a non-turbo supra cable which would be essentially the same thing as a GS cable.
Use both the grey and orange jdm plugs.
On the hardlines for the steering rack there is a valve sticking straight up by the engine crossmember, the Aristo does not have the speed sensitive fluid control so this does not get hooked up in the swap when using the Aristo ecu. The plug was part of the engine harness you took out with the GE.

And what about the o2 sensor that was the furthest back on the stock exhaust? Its the one that runs into the floor board and connects to a Plug up by the radio? Is it needed or not needed?

It's not needed it's only there to alert if the cat isn't running efficiently. Are you running the JDM cat on the downpipe, or you just doing a custom exhuast from the turbo to the rear oem y pipe?
If no cat installed then no use for the sensor, but if you are running the cat, you can weld a bung back in to add the sensor in the pipe to monitor the cat if you wanted.
Either way the car will run fine.

Sweet! Ty,
Now all I have left is to run the fuel return line and Install the the Aristo Fuel pump assembly. I am currently working with an Australian guy in Japan who can get me a Trust FMIC for $550 shipped.
I drained the oil out of the engine and it was nasty. Im thinking about using a cheep syn 5w30 oil and some Seafoam to kind of clean up the internals a bit. I also need to get new spark plugs too. The ones that were in the car were Denso's with duel tip leads. I read online that they are kind of bad to use in the GTE. What brand would you recommend for a mostly stock set up. The only things that wont be stock are the exhaust and FMIC.
OHHHH, and btw, Im super glad I was told to install the cooling lines 1st before the engine went in. What a fuggin pain in the a$$. I did kink the heatercore line a little but it should still be able to have coolant flow through. Im just worried about it leaking. If it does leak ill just look the coolant line back to the engine until i can pull the heater core and have a new angle welded on. I dont really need heat. But it would be great to have.
