Test charts, finding boost ..


The upper chart is best we can do with Syanpse wastegates ..


Pump gas (like 93 RON) on the crank, see green curcor (upper chart)


On the wheels (yellow - pump gas, green - C16)


As we see - the moment follows for boost down, *****ing Synapse!
Conclusion - any attempts to save on hardware it is obligatory to halloo after extremely expensively

 

Pretty nice new setup. Yeah the synapse wastegate is a piece of junk lol. Great construction and quality but the boost consistency leaves much to be desired.

How come only 30hp gain in race gas? Did you not tune for more boost or timing? Or just taking it easy haha.

 

Yes, I can't raise a boost w/ Synapse. All same, only c16 let me 30 hp gain ))

 

My goals is 1.5 bar on pump gas and 2.1 bar on c16 .. now with tials ))

Just changed rear wheels to Hoosier drag radials 315x30xR18, 330 mm width from side to side, have made some body work ..

 

Now I am engaged in realization of my A650E tranny control by AEM EMS .. coming soon

 

Full NX kit received (16.3 kg) .. looking for bottle location ..

 

* need cut AEM EMS internal pull-up resistor on ADR11 input for proper A/T OIL Temp readings by AEM EMS and stock ECU

 

 

next week will install water/methanol injection jet and NX nozzle to this pipe ..
also I will try to control my A650E by AEM ..
