IS350 torque converter??
The factory one is good enough. The reason why people have these high stall TC's is so that they can launch their HIGH-POWERED automatic transmissions at a certain RPM when they're racing. The IS250/IS350 is not a high-powered vehicle so nobody will ever need to upgrade from the factory TC.

With as little boost as the 2IS can run that doesn't change the equation much.
For folks who are 1/4 mile racers even on stock HP the 350 (or any auto) is likely to benefit from a higher stall converter...
It's virtually useless, from a performance perspective, for anything but launching the car though.
Now, this one appears to just be a rebuilt converter with the fins bent to raise the stall speed a bit... it'd probably knock a tenth or two off the ET on the 1/4 mile... if that's worth the expense of swapping your TC that's up to you.
What usually shows -real- benefit (like 3-5 tenths) is a smaller converter with a significant stall speed increase.
On GM b-bodies for example the stock TC stalls around 1200-1400 rpms and is a 12" converter... you can swap in a stock 12" from a vette for a similar price to this unit, that raises the stall to 1800-2000 and knocks .1-.2 off the 1/4 mile... but buy a 9.5" converter with a stall in the 2800-3200 range and you're knocking .3-half a second off your 1/4 mile depending on other mods. You're talking 600-1k for one though.
I dunno if anyone makes aftermarket TCs for this transmission though, so a rebuilt stocker might be the only current option.
Anyway, again, this is something for the drag racers to look at, but probably not worthwhile for anyone else.
