Just get any intake you want, not going to be real performance...you'll get the performance on a cold day and the only real performance we can do is using a supercharger[custom make]. Oh just wondering but what area of CA you live in, Socal or Norcal

IMO the AFE would be next best to JoeZ.

How come? What does the AFE offer over the other SRIs?

As one of the only 2 intakes that has a heat shield, IMO AFE's shield is constructed better than the K&N. Although the F-Sport is an option, only thing that is good about it is the warranty, but if you're worried about that, just take it off before you go in for service or whatever it is you need.

Depends what you're looking for in an intake, if you want power go with JoeZ, if you want sound go with AFE.

Also the AFE sounds awesome!!!

The heatshield encloses the air intake filter pretty good, there are only small cracks where hot air can even get in.

Since you live in CA- If you plan to keep the car long enough to need an inspection get the F-sport. If you don't, get the Joe Z. Anything else will be more money for nothing but more noise.
