I wouldn't think it would make your trans go out! Now a valve body upgrade might! If it's in your mind just make sure to budget that in later on. I wouldn't see a stock trans lasting that much longer anyway! Especially if your doing performance mods! Peter Ferell Super Cars will rebuild it to race specs for about $1500(really cheap!) plus shipping and R&R you should be around $2K! Ask your trans guy. He should know exactly which seals to swap out. I would order them from the DEALER ONLY!

Ive haven't heard GS transmissions going out due to TC before on this site...I could be wrong or TC might be one of the factors for it going out. But completely due to the TC....??
