Thanks, I reuploaded it. RIght now I'm running 17psi. I'm looking forward to incresing the boost to 25psi or so on E85 Ethanol. I plan to do that tune very soon.

Holy smokes! lol... Awesome Adam...simply awesome! So jealous. If you don't mind me asking how much $$$ did the entire project cost you from scratch (a stock GS300)? Great accomplishment man! How's the drivability and the reliability?
Thanks man, I've got some detail work to do for sure, its been down a long time but man it's very reliable. I would take this car across the country today if I had to. Rick @ Speedtech is a phenomenal tuner, he's got these calculations that he performs on the injector duty cycle for tuning and they are right on the money. It drives better now on the Haltech than it did on the stock ECU / MAP ECU, 100% better! The car really drives nice around town, and it pulls like and ape when I get on it, this is only 1.1 - 1.2 bar, this is the slowest I can make my car lol, the wastegate is on spring pressure, no vaccum added... YET.
Here is a write up I did on Supraforums about Ricks work.
I really didn't spend all that much on the car, under 20K for sure. But I did allot myself like build the motor, pieced together my turbo kit / fuel system, got a smoking deal on the Haltech, built my own exhaust / got a big intercooler and hung it / made my own pipes. I think Rick coud probably do another one for 20K in mods.

I'm writing a glowing review for Speed Tech in Merrit Island, Florida. I have a 2001 Lexus GS300. Last year I decided to NA-T this car and install Supra pistons and rods, I quickly ran into tranny issues and also the MAP ECU I installed wasn't working out that well for me either. After ordering a Haltech I went looking for a shop to install it, I was about to take it to a now out of business shop in Kissimmee, FL. (I'm so glad I didn't make this mistake) The day before I was scheduled to take the car in ZGAD on the forums here PM'd be back to tell me about the guy who helped get his 240Z into the 8's with a 2JZGTE. Rick Bowers at Speedtech, Rick was a guy about my dad’s age, a full time Kennedy Space Center electrical engineer with a part time passion for modding Z cars, and he was very good with wiring and tuning stand alones. At the time my brother had just purchased a nightmare of a car, an IS300 with a GTE block, 6 speed tranny and 6 speed rear, it used to be a Modified Magazine cover car, back in 2003 or so. A guy named Aldo owned it and it was basically Peter Farrell’s 1st all out IS300, however before my brother got it the car had been bought and sold 4-5 times in 2 years. He got it cheap but there were issues, my brother took the car to a shop that was a Electromotive dealer, after getting it called Extreme Turbo, they continued the hack job that had been done by other shops by pulling his twin in tank pumps and screwing a external pump to the frame rail, they also really screwed up the Peter Farrell TECIII by trying to convert the firmware to an original TECIII. A long story short, my brother Vinnie begged me to let him get his car to Rick’s shop 1st so I agreed. Rick gets Vinnys car and starts to work on all the bugs, after much labor he gets the car fixes just about everything, learns that Vinny is trying to sell the car and loves it so much he offers to buy it. A deal is struck and now rick is part of the 2JZGTE community. Next up is my GS300, I tow it in and this becomes a long project. There were engine harness issues that were fixed / rebuilt, Rick was able to save me about $500.00 by fixing the harness that was damaged, I initially was there just to install the Haltech, this quickly grew to pulling the motor/head, installing non vvti cams, then I decided I needed a GTE style intake manifold so Rick custom made one for me, his welder does awesome work, I decided against building the factory auto and asked Rick if he was up to converting my car to a manual, he said yes and off we went. One of the 1st Manual GS300's in the country. All of the attention to detail was phenomenal, I mean the clutch pedal, clutch master cylinder, pedal box / bracket, center console all of it had to be custom fabricated, even the shifter was in the wrong position and that had to be brought back 4" or so. The driveshaft was also custom made as well as many brackets, sensor holders, etc... There was so much work that went into this project and Rick did an "A" class job on everything he touched, things like wiring up the fans to the Haltech so they come on 2 different speeds at different engine temps, custom wiring up twin igniters with my Haltech E8 so I could run 6 Supra coils, nobody had done this before that Haltech knew of. He even took the time to get a pressure switch that triggers the 2nd fuel pump on at 14PSI and wired up an LED next to my wideband display that lights up when the 2nd fuel pump activates. I had a long list of mods done to my car, everything that was done was done top notch. Rick is Central Florida’s best kept secret, he has a small shop now but when he retires after the Space Shuttle ends he plans on getting a large shop with a Mustang dyno. There are so many stories of shops going under and taking the customers money with them, here I was dealing with a guy that didn't need the business to eat, it was all for the hobby. I offered Rick cash up front and he turned me down, the bill at the end was lower than I was expecting too, the prices were very reasonable and he cut me a break big time. I want to thank ZGAD for recommending Rick Bowers and Rick of course for everything he's done to my car, it’s an animal now! My car now runs better than it did with the stock ECU and the MAPECU, all the tuning was done by Rick and it was flawless, the car start up nice and driveability is excellent.

EXCELLENT job on this! i hope clean up the engine bay though looks junky with all the boxes/wires! again great job on the right up and what not. maybe i'll call him and see if he can do a turbo on my gs430 as no1 seems to be able to do this affordably! congrats again on this fine specimen though
Yea no way around the boxes for me as I bought a Haltech E8, it only has drivers for high impedance injectors and can only control 3 coils. I had to buy some external items like twin igniters and a AEM injector driver, also when you go stand alone you get a new engine harness too. I'm happy with the way it looks under there, if I had to do it over again I would have bought the E11, there would be no need for the extra items at that point, it would have worked out to about the same price too.
Im..Soon goin through the same route.. heheh .. im soon buying a v154 Manual Transmission .. !
Awesome dude.. !
one thing thou.. which clutch pedal did you use !!?!?!?
cuz many told me the crow clutch pedal.. fits nice !
waiting to see your Done dude !
Goodluck ! 6 Thumbs Up

I think you mean an R154 transmission. Also, judging from the pedal covers, assuming they weren't switched, they are from an is300.
correct, if you goto the myis.com forums, do a search from auto to R154 swap, there is thread detailing the long list of parts needed for that swap in the IS300, I figured since our cars are so similar in many ways that I'd take a chance and maybe it would work out. I was right, all the clutch lines worked perfect, the pedal box needed some trimming but it worked very nice too. One thing to note, the brake pedal is stock, we didn't bother changing the brake pedal, it goes into the ABS and would have been hell to change, Rick just cut it down and installed a IS300 pedal cover, it worked great.
