Well Rick @ Speedtech has been doing all of the work, it is a bit harder to do this on a GS300, the IS comes standard from the factory, so installing a clutch master, lines, pedal, and the pedal box hardware is no big deal. With the GS its all custom, you have to make room under the dash to install the pedal box, its also a PITA to install the clutch master and the pedal, then you gotta cut down the brake pedal, and make custom lines. It's a bit involved... IMO its the only way to go if your going to turbo this car over 500RWHP. Built autos are breaking right and left at 500RWHP, the TH400 isn't an option for me as it sucks to drive on the street. I would recomend Rick @ Speedtech in Merrit Island Florida, although I don't know if you could get him to do another one of these lol..

More pics, Rick fabricated a trans plate for the boot to install too, this should keep the heat out. Panel is fabbed and we tapped and reinstalled the original GS300 shift ****.

Rick plans to fire up the car today, the only item remaining is to bypass the transmission lock out switch so we can start the car!! Haltech MAPS are created and loaded, ready to go!

Also Rick created a rear A/C duct bypass.

nice work but from the looks of the shifter extension it look like you could of use the soarer tranny and it would of look alot better. Not trying to rain on your parade but did you try using the soarer r154?

There's no extention, I'm using a stock Supra R154 and a stock 91 Supra shifter, I could always cut it down lower if need be later. Right now I'm focusing on getting the car running, it's funny a few people have replied about cosmetic things like the body kit and now the shifter height, thats the least of my concerns right now. Getting this done right and setting up the Haltech so the car runs and drives nice is #1 on my list. Cosmetics come later when my GS is back in my garage.

I wasent complaining about the shifter height. What i am saying is you might be able to use the soarer tranny in the car without extending the shifter location(they sit futhur back in the soarer). I have a mk3 r154 in my sc with the soarer shifter setup .
You could of source these parts for less than 100 dollars from toyota and use the stock mk3 shifter with it. It does look like your shifter sit back too much .If you had use the soarer box you would of have to cut the shifter tunnel so that the shifter will sit in the proper location since the car was automatic.
