This will fit the GS400. I haven't seen or heard of anyone using it though. It's a "roots" type supercharger (like the ones used on Rousch & Saleen Mustangs (mainly used on Domestic cars). Not as nice looking as the centrifigul type that many members here have. Cannot get your hands on the later because all (RMM, LMS, SRT) kits were discontinued for the GS400 a while ago. and SRT's website just says ".............coming" for about 2 years now.lol

If you search their website good enough you will find that they do make a kit that bolts right onto the GS4.

Doesn't look like there's an intercooler, though... It would need one I assume. Along with engine management.

I like the part where it says, "Power increase of up to 90% on a standard internal engine can be acheived with correct tuning and engine ancillaries." ...which makes me wonder if the 400's tranny can take it???

Are you refering to the LS400 s/c http://www.bulletcars.com/supercharg...er-system.html
I noticed it said this about the ls s/c..

No engine internal or ECU modifiactions are needed with this basic kit. As the Supercharger only runs 6.5 psi, the factory settings are satisfactory to gain an increase of up to 50%. This also means that the famous Toyota reliabilty is retained, as the engine is not overly stressed due to the low boost pressures used.

You think if you just tuned it with a SAFC it would be fine???

Intercoolers aren't as beneficial when hooked up with a root-type blower, especially if you're going to be boosting over 8psi. There is simply too much heat created by the blower than that even if you get cooler air in, the supercharger will just heat it up right away once it compresses the air.

It's awesome for low end power, but it also has a higher parasitic drag than most centrifugal supercharger. I wouldn't mind a root blower, but only for low boost. Anything higher than 8psi, you might as well go with a centrifugal, or better yet, a turbo

Intercoolers are benefitial on ANY boosted application at ANY boost level. Period.

If you reread what you said. You just stated you put the intercooler before the supercharger and the supercharger would heat it up. The intercooler is after the supercharger, and a turbo creates more heat than any supercharger.

From 1989-1995 Ford build the Super Coupe 3.8 V6 with a M90 that bone stock put out 12-13 psi and had an intercooler.

There is a Super Coupe right now pushing a M90 over 23 psi and 480 rwhp and another one in the 9's in the 1/4.
