ok so here's an update:

intercooler is on
intercooler brackets are on
piping is all one (up to s/c)
all fluids drained
power steering relocated
radiator/fans removed for more room
cam gear cover removed
tensioner pulley removed (found out it was ****in' BROKEN!)
- so i'm gettin' a new one tomorrow (thank god someone had it in stock)

tomorrow:
rest of the piping
put the s/c in
oil lines
vacuum lines
refill fluids
install saf-c ii
install plx r-500 wideband
install plx r-500 egt kit
install injectors

(i think i forgot more, but basically just finish it)
then put everything back on and street tune it until saturday morning when i have an appointment for a dyno tune. i have pics but gotta process them and upload them.. hopefully tomorrow while i'm sittin' at their shop bored lol

ok.. new tensioner pulley came in today (found out there was a recall on the old models so if you have it check with your dealer!!!)

anyways, the new pulley doesn't fit with the RMM bracket so they had to custom cut a small notch to fit it correctly.

new injectors put in and injector clips soldered as well

horns remounted in new locations

i forgot what else 'cause i got pissed and left early haha

ok

serpentine belt replaced
custom bracket bolted up
new power steering pulley
supercharger is up
supercharger belt installed
oil dump line connected
oil feed line was connected (but it broke so we need a new fitting)
all pipes are ready to go
fluids are ready to go

all that's left is to connect the oil feed line
put the radiator/fans back in
put the rest of the pipes on for permanent
refill all my fluids
install the plx r-500 wideband
install the plx r-500 egt kit
install the saf-c ii

then GO!! haha

Thomas,
He is still using the returnless system with a bigger in tank pump and the SAFC control the fuel. It's a different than your future set up.
