Problem with my supercharger/engine.
Well today my car was giving me a pretty big problem 2GS3. The car at around 4800rpm's +- 5lb's of boost the car begins to like put, put, put, put rapidly, continuously, and powerless. The putting starts around 4k rpms and continues to about 4800 where it really doesn't give out any power, although i am boosting. It's almost identical to me hitting the rev limiter.

well, pretty much untuned. I'm running the luxury motorworks FMU. its at 100% duty cycle at 8lbs of boost, which is usually where i'm at at WOT(7.9 to be exact)

hmmm...do you hear any strange noises? do you have a wideband? i'm unfamiliar with lmw's setup. could it be bogging??? i think the member mikal has the lmw sc. try pm'ing him. also try calling steve at lmw to see if he can better diagnose your problem.

He just edited his post above. Looks like he's been boosting without tuning it.
You need to get somebody to tune it for you. The "put put put put put" you hear might be detonation (pre ignition and can cause serious damage). Please be more careful. You need to find somebody that can tune it for you with a wideband.
Also, you might need to get somebody to check those injectors. 100% cycle is not good on the injectors.

Quick update:
I removed the supercharger belt and removed one of the intercooler pipes and the car runs perfect. I own a mechanic shop, and the injectors are fine. What do you guys have your e-manage set at?

Hmmm....not exactly, but when i shift and let go of the gas at 4800 RPM's i hear the BOV, RPM's jump to about 4900rpm's.

Since we're all thinking that i'm running too rich, why would i be pre-detonating?
