Today i dropped my GS at Luxury Motorworks to hav them install a TC. Turns out that PI sent me a wrong one. They sent me a tc for a gs400. And now PI is close so i hav to call them first thing in the morning.
Any body ever meet this problem?

to make you feel better, i do know that happening to another member here on CL.... it was not pretty at all...

 

just called pi this morning. There making me a new one and i'm getting it tomorow morning.
The tc for my car is another $200 and they are giving me the new tc for the same price. Great service but i wish this didn't happen. But at least i will hav my car back this weekend

 

Although it is a pain, the TC for the GS300 is more expensive and you did end up saving a little $.

well even tho they messed up its very honorable of them to make up for it with taking care of the difference..big up to them..i wish other vendors would do the same

2800 stall speed

 

for 01+ gs430, the cel soetimes comes up, so i guess that might be the case for the gs3 too (extra sensors?)

and i thought the recommended stall speed for gs300 is 3000? just curious
