I'm very excited. MY PI 3200 stall TC came in today. I needed this bad after only achieving 2.5-2.6 60fts. I gotta give the guys over at PI a shout out they got my order in Wed morning and had this item at my door in 5 buisness days and beat every price I could find online. Big thanks to Jack at PI, he answered all my Q's and took his time explaining his answers to someone who isn't exactly a shop talk knowledgable guy(me).

1. When do you plan to put it on your car?
2. Did you consider Lextreme TC, i think its quite cheaper than PI TC?
3. Will you ever stop modding? J/K

Let us know how PI TC perform, once installed.....have lots of fun

Congrats A, can't wait to see the results when installed. Definitely should help getting you up on the power curve before hooking up. I may have to get a PI 2800 stall myself and figure out how to deal with the potential CEL . Let me know how much and who's doing the install.

Like it says on the box...Precision Industries (PI).

bluelex...any thoughts on tranny cooler...might be a good idea since it sounds like you're doing track timing.

I paid a little over $700.00 shipped direct from PI. The tranny cooler and tranny temp gauge have been ordered so that should cover it. The car is in Orlando getting the damage from my accidnt with my trailer repaired plus a couple cosmetic touch ups added than it will be back at Grip to get my upgrades and electronics installed, tuned and thankfully, finally dyno'd. I hope to have her back in early Dec. I'll try to get progress pics as it goes along.

My PI converter took my 60' times fron 2.5-2.6 to 2.0-2.1. You will realy enjoy it. on the Highway the engine sits at a higher RPM, and the gas milage sucks, but it is all worth it.

The 60ft.improvements you mentioned are bringing smiles to my face. I hope I can get improvements like that. I was factoring the new stall spd at 3200 is close to where I normally am when on a free way now, I'm usually close to 3k rpm anyway. I have the 4spd gte auto tranny. I think the vvt-i tranny set up is a 5 spd auto right? or is it a 4spd aswell? Everyone tells me that I can kiss any chance at decent gas mileage goodbye but I don't really drive the car much anyway so I guess for the performance gains I'll sacrifice the poor gas mileage.
