Default 1jz/2jz alternator mounting

Does anyone have a picture of the 1jz/2jz alternator mounting on their car. my serpentine belt keeps walking and it looks like my alternator isn't aligned correctly. some one told me there is supposed to be a washer/spacer between the alternator and the bracket on the top but I dont remember if mine ever had it.

I added a spacer between the bracket and the alternator and the belt is no longer walking.
