MKIII W58 question
http://mkiv.com/specifications/ncf/ncf93/ncf124.jpg
"the w58 has the same basic construction and operation as those of the w58 of the previous 7m-ge engin model. However, the operability of its shift control system has been improved by making the shift stroke shorter."
all w58 gear ratios are the same. the differnce is in the bell housing.
earlier SC's (92-94 i believe) still used the same shifter as the mkIII supra.

I have tried search button and couldn't find the answer. Maybe I should have changed the wording. In any case, I posted this thread to find some answer and I appreciate you guys for clear answers. Thanks.
