Default Check Engine/TRAC off Lights came on...

OK, so I was pulling my SC out of my driveway when I suddenly notice the Engine light and the TRAC off light on. I'm taking it for a tune up next week. Before the dealer could tell me that I need I new LSD or something, is there a fuse that perhaps burned out? IF so, where? Thank you!

and our cars don't have LSD

Red face

Yep, I agree o2 sensor, mine just went on the passenger side in the front. I had the same problems you had with the trac light, and check engine light. Make sure to buy the oem sensor so you dont have to hard wire the aftermarket ones. Im sure this is your problem.......

Well, I wasn't sure if our cars had LSD. I just read this on Intellexual.net: "The Supra TT Torsen 3.76:1 Limited-slip differential bolts up to the SC300/400 rear axle as well. " and assumed that we had one.

it does bolt up. I have one from a Supra N/A with 4.27 gears but LSD was never offered on the SC300 or the SC400 as an option. So unless someone transplanted a supra unit you wouldn't have it.

o2 sensor. when the o2 sensor goes bad it will throw a check engine and TRAC light together

TRAC is not working because you have a had o2 sensor.
