You could try some heat from a hair dryer and some pressure but I will guess that it's ruined.

How much water did you use? When I clean mine I breathe a little hot air onto it and that's more than sufficient to even remove a dog nose mark.

I experienced the same symptoms. Check out this discussion, with photos and a homemade screen cover.

This is either a defect or design flaw. Water and a reasonable amount of pressure should not cause this.

If they do not replace i will remove the entire coating.. Is there any possible chance to add reflective coating on screen ..

Having a screen so high up and exposed without any protection is definitely a design flaw. Never liked these "tablet-like" displays perched on the dash designs anyways. I wish the industry trend wasn't heading this way...

I wonder if you can buy phone screen protector material and cut it to fit the screen as secondary protection. Or find a screen protector for an ipad or similar device that fits........

I NEVER spray liquid on any electronic device directly always on the cloth first. I use eye glass cleaner on my screens have not tried it yet on this one.

I ruined my NX navigation screen as well. Complained to the dealer and they replaced it as a one-time "courtesy". Needless to say, I gave them a piece of my mind. A $47k dollar car should withstand windex! (and if not, they should proactively tell you)

I only use a dry microfiber cloth to clean the screen. But what concerns me is how fragile this screen appears to be. It seems too easy for the car wash or my wife to accidentally damage it. This is definitely a serious flaw.
