Car jerks when braking

I also had this problem, I noticed that it was especially pronounced when the engine Start/Stop system was turned on.I installed an adapter that disables the start/stop system automatically and now I get rid of these jerks when downshifting.

Can you elaborate on the adapter? We were curious about a permanent or automatic way that it defaults to off.
