2019 NX300 PCV replacement
You guys are in the wrong forum, this one is for NX 2022 and beyond, there is another forum for NX 2015-2021.
But in any case, you can look here: Toyota AR series engines
This article provides a technical overview of the AR series engines, including the 8AR-FTS used in the NX300. It does have a couple (somewhat low quality) drawings of where the PCV valve is on these engines and a bit of theory of operation. Doesn't show remove and replace, but might help point you in the right direction.

Toyotas and Lexus typically have fabulous engine designs and very very rarely do they 'spoil' their PCV valves. Your engine needs to be in rough shape to clog up your PCV valve and destroy it. You could simply pop it out of the tubing and see if it's clogged up with oil, if not it should rattle a little when you shake it (valve flapper moving inside - so it's not stuck). It's very likely a waste of time and money.
I found a diagram for '21 NX:
