Default Spark Plug Replacement

My 02 RX300 has 162K miles with the original spark plugs.
I dont notice any issues, but I am wondering if this is normal, and if I should replace them anyway. What are symptoms that they need replacement?

If you look at recommended replacement milage, you have crossed the limit.

Please check our DIY if you plan to do it yourself. You need proper tool(s).

I would suggest that you should use OEM plugs.

The failure manifest itself as misfire. Before that you may get a weak spark which results in loss of power.
