Default Wireless connection failed - Carplay

I got my 2023 NX 450h+ for about a month now, I got this "wireless connection failed" about 4-5 times so far, to fix it, either turn off and on the car again, or restart the head unit.I have IPhone 12 with latest IOS, does anyone has this problem?

I had this problem pretty frequently when leaving my house. I assumed it was because the phone was still connected to the house WiFi when I started the car.

Because I travel a lot, I'm frequently connecting to rental cars. I recently went into my iPhone's CarPlay settings to delete all the extra profiles. I found I had two profiles for my NX. I'm not sure how that happened. I deleted one and have had no problems since <fingers crossed>. It could just be a coincidence, but it may be worth a look.

It's at home the last time it happened, but does happen elsewhere before, I'll keep an eye on it.

It happened to me few times only when the phone is in my pocket. If I put the phone on the charge pad it’s always connected with no issue.

Mine fails to connect frequently. I hit the Try Again button and its a game of chance. Most of the time it works and there have been times where it doesn't work. I'm typically inside my garage and notice it when starting the car to back out. I hit the button and like I said, a game of chance. Not sure where the fault is, Apple or Lexus or BOTH.

I also have this type of issue and I am on Android Auto so it is not only affecting Carplay.

I've found that it helps to start the car, wait a moment until driver settings load before putting into gear.

Tried that. It's still a game of chance. Not only with CarPlay but even knowing whose key was used to start the car. Can't tell you how many times I've unlocked the car and got in and hit the start button and it welcomed me as my wife. Only way I've found to correct is power down, get out and lock the car. Wait 30 seconds, unlock it, get in and start and hopefully it welcomes me. I liked the old Interface a lot better than this new one. My wife and I share the car (only car we have). So either one is driving at any given time. When she drives, she doesn't have access to my navigation favorites or me hers. I really don't care for the interface at all. And with the cost of the renewal for navigation, I'm trying to get used to using CarPlay for the first time. It's not all that great so far. It's a lot easier being wireless but it has its issues.
