I just emailed their tech support for connectivity issues I was having and was told that iPhones won't automatically connect to the VLine when using the phone as a hotspot. The Grom needs to connect manually every time you turn on the car. You would think that that fact might be mentioned on their website, considering how many iPhone there are in us now. Not enough reason to switch to Android.
