Multimedia update

Hello, I am an new owner of a 2015 Nx300h. I am looking for software for upgrading my multimedia system Modell-Id 13LHDAEU-CC03. OS ver. LE.40.12. Anyone have some sw to share with me as I cant fing anything on Lexus ?
I think the system never has been updated and perhaps there are some improvments?

If you don't find anything on the Lexus web site there are probably none to be had. When Lexus makes upgrades they only go into new model year vehicles as opposed to fixes for your year vehicle. Especially for a 5 + year old vehicle.

What kind of database updates did they make? My dealer never said there were any updates.

I find it hard to believe that there is no update on this. When I go in to the sw site and choose car model, there is now update. Does this mean that there is no updates on this car since it was new? They dont know details of my car on this website except year. Anyone have newer sw on the multimedia? I was told by a Lexus sales man last week that my car had one of the earlies versjon mulrimedia andt it was possible to upgrade.So some sw must be out for my car i guess? The update log is empty so it seams there never has been any update from Lexus services.

I’m talking about the maps in the navigation system. They come out with a new one once per year but want $200 to $300 for the update. After we did the update, our cruise control issues disappeared.

Go to www.lexusdrivers.com and find the resources and open the Vehicle Resouces link at the bottom edge.
You then enter model and year and Nav or not. Details included here are for other CL readers,
I checked for your 2015 NX300h specifically and there is not Multimedia Update at this time.
These updates usually have to do with Bluetooth and or Voice Command enhancements.

The Navigation Data update is available (only) through a Lexus dealer and updates Points of Interest
and newly constructed roads. Dealer sends your money for the licensing fee and it takes an hour or so.
This does NOT change the appearance or functions of the Nav, just the data points provided.
