Hi, what are folks paying for the 2019 NX with navigation? Especially monthly payment for lease? Thanks!

It's going to vary by region but don't ever negotiate the monthly payment. Negotiate the discount off the MSRP.

For 3 years/36k miles the money factor should be .00045 with around 56% residual. Those numbers could vary but you should be in the neighborhood. I believe there is a $2,000 lease cash incentive as well.

Need to know the money factor. Looks like 7.7% off MSRP. Not sure if that's good for your area. See if you can get 10%. Also consider MSDs to reduce the money factor.

For the 2000 down, cap cost is actually 37294 (after incentive)
the dealer said she discourages msd as lexus dings for every little thing at lease end and she thinks people dont get full $ back.
Has this been people's experience?

I don't think that's true. My dealer said the opposite. Maybe it varies by dealer?

If you have excess wear you'll have to pay regardless. MSD's can save you a lot in interest. You need to get the money factor she is using in your deal and what you can lower it to with MSDs.

Interesting
This would be my 5th lexus lease and I just found out about this msd option!
is it like giving a free loan to lexus? Is it worth it?
Lexus has never really dinged me...figured cuz I always get another lexus!

Yes it's essentially a free loan but the interest savings can be good. Your dealer should be able to give you the breakdown.
