I think that's a bit high for a base model.

I just got my 2017 F SPORT with Navigation for $403/month (tax included), first month's payment drive off, 10k miles/36 months. Btw, I am located in Los Angeles, CA.

For a base model, I got quoted $360/month with tax, 10k miles/36 months (also one month advanced payment).

Also, why would you lease a car for 4 years? Personally, the maximum lease should be around 36-39 months.

I would try to re-negotiate or find a different dealer.

 

Wow, that makes this deal look horrible. I'm in South FL, but I've noticed that they give way better deals in CA. I wonder why that is. So far, I've gone to 2 different dealers and after some haggling they told me that they could not do any better than that. They said that they were actually losing money with the deal...

 

Lexus is offering $2,000 Lexus cash and $750 (I think) Conquest cash, did you ask about those? You can use that to lower the MSRP of the vehicle.

Do more haggling, the 2018 models are about to arrive, the dealers will certainly want to dispose the leftover 2017s.

Good luck on your hunt, just don't be swayed by the dealership drama. Eventually, you will find a lower and better deal than the one they're presenting.

 

I did not ask about that, but I will, thanks. I did forget to mention that they are waiving 3 of my remaining lease payments and the other 3 are getting discounted from the MSRP of the car (not getting rolled into the new payments). I wonder if this affects the deal.

 

I just purchased on Saturday a 2017 base F-sport from Pines Lexus for $37,094 out the door. I chose 1.9% financing for 72 mo vs the $1,500 cash rebate. Email all the dealers (I did all 16 within FL) and use the cheapest quote against the other dealers. You're at the end of the month and they have to meet their quotas. Never step foot into a dealer until you have an email with a OTD price. I know you're looking to lease, but you can use the same method for leasing. I have a leasing guy I have used in the past that actually delivers the car to your home or work. Paper work is filled out online. Great service. Let me know if you want his contact information.

 

That's still 42 months. Plus you said the quote was exclusive of tax, so depending on your area's tax rate, that's probably another $35-40/month.

Have you tried using True Car? Or browse the KBB forums, they usually provide dealer incentives, MFs and other lease deals there.

EDIT: NEVER put money down on a lease, unless it's first month's payment or security deposit. By the end of the term, it's still not your car so whatever money you shell out is not returnable. This is just my advice, maybe other members can chime in on this.

 

I agree about not putting down $$$$ on a lease (unless it's for security deposit )....what if you totaled the car you will loose all of these money.

 

I swear! I am not exaggerating... I don't think I have ever bought a car from a dealership where they didn't claim they were "losing money". Go figure... I have leased & bought 10+ cars in my lifetime where they've done nothing but lose money yet they stay in business.

 

If you are in SFL, the current offer on the base model is 369 plus tax, sign and drive for 36 months until 9/05, I think you can do better. I got my 2015 base at lexus of kendall for $400 tax included 0 down, and their complimentary warranty that covers tires, dings and dents, up to (2) key fob for years and some other things.

 

I'm from California, I wonder what is the tax rate in Florida? here is about 9%. My brother would like to buy a F-sport one like your. We would like to know more info about the price before TTL? thank you very much for your help.

We paid $33,500 before tax, tag, and any other fees. Base Fsport model w/ summer tires and heated steering wheel.
