NELOC members there was a thread started a while back asking about some wrench time for your babies given limited work space some folks have. Well as promised in our March 8th meet I would look for some time and post some options for folks to weigh in on. So the choices are:

Sat April 12 or Sat April 19th. Please take the poll and let me know everyones preferences.

Just to give folks a brief background...There will be 2 bays available and a decent size driveway which is at a bit of incline but can be used for general or cosmetic work. I used to do alot of my own wrenching and have alot of tools; compressor and air tools, 2 floor jacks, 2 sets of jack stands, torque wrench and few other goodies ask me if I have it and I will let you know. I am going to ask folks when they do choose a date and ur confirmed they tell me the work they plan on performing...SORRY folks NO engine rebuilds or swaps...tho I do have a Chevy small block...hmmmmm anyway I digress...my point is pick your projects wisely and only plan to do as much work as you can get done so others have a chance as well. We can have other events I just want to make sure the first one goes as smooth as possible.

I am in Ashburn, VA...as a point of reference its VERY close to Dulles Airport, in fact I am literally behind the airport. If its any bonus Ferrari/Lamborghini of Washington is right down the street from me and so is Redskins Training camp.

Saturday April 19th is HIN in Chantilly, VA.

 

Any other time than the 19th and im there.

I will be at the Swedish embassy on the 19th.

 

19th I'll be at HIN, but I'll come by and chill if its on the 12th. No installs needed.

 

I work across the street from the Swedish Embassy on K Street! I can see it from my office window...but, that's another thread.

I'll try to make it to hang out don't know the progress i'll have made on my own car before that time . the whip may be down and out still got some body work to get done on my driver door but we'll see.

Both days should work well for me. Be nice to get to know the guys in the area, work, and talk other knowledgeable folks. I really enjoy learning, and sharing my experience with others.
