good deal, there's a writeup on it i'll bring and print out from .net

won't take much more than a brake bleeding kit, thanks for the quick reply!

the spring compressor should work as long as it's the type that clamps on from the sides

if you have a spring compressor, that is pretty much the only thing stopping me frong getting springs too. i was gonna get coils but i much rather do the springs if you guys know how/can help me get them on my shocks. If so i'll order them tonight and me and BOSSGS4 can help eachother do it at the same time.
i've done springs before so as long as we have a spring compressor we should be good to go. you can "rent"them from advance auto/auto zone/etc if need be.

*edit - just read rolxu's post, as long as it's the right type you should be good to go man

I am seriously thinking of buying the road magnet springs, I saw the buy on isfanatics for $185, but only if they can be installed at the meet. Don't worry I will bring plenty of beer, red bull etc.. for guys helping with the install. Besides that I think I need front brake pads and I would like to paint my calipers bright red.

I'd be more than happy to supply some drinks and snacks, it was very generous of rolxuSC to host the event, and I'd be more than glad to help. I hope this proves well, so we can continue and expand on these types of events

I'll bring some tools along with me, and some rhino ramps if anyone needs them.

THANKS RolxuSC for getting the ball rolling on this

Default Please Verify Spring Compressor in Posting

Jus to confirm I DO have a coil spring compressor and it clamps on from the outside. It looks like the one I have linked below from Sears. I "rented" it from Advanced but forgot to bring it back..OOPS!

Let me know if this one will work for your needs. I have used it a few times, not on my Lexus tho, and always seems to work for my job.

Let me know if anyone else has any special needs tools!

My tools mainly consist of the smaller stuff.

For those who have seen my posts, I mainly do electronics mods (where my background is in). I'll bring everything tool I've got. I can actually fit every tool I own in the trunk of my SC430 with the top down and a spare tire in there so, that gives you some idea!

I'm also happy to provide an extra set of hands for anyone that needs them. I don't really know much of anything about suspension, wheel offsets, or things like that but, if you need a "here, hold this!" guy, that's me.

I will also have some food and drink. Burgers, dogs and chips. I cant afford the alcohol tho guys so if your so inclined feel free to byobeverage of choice.

Habious - I may call upon you for some elctronic diagnosis on the SC if your time permits.

RolxuSC400 thanks for hosting this ....... and sorry about the confusion earlier

I'll bring my springs (Lesjofors) but if there are other guys who need their stuff done more than I do I can always do mine another time or just borrow the spring compressors.

Habious Have you done car stereo installs ?As you can see by my sig I have a Christmas gift waiting to be put in. I'll have the sub-box amp-rack built by then.

See you guys on WHICHEVER day is picked ....
