Would I be able to paint leather steering Wheel?
Hi CL
I'm wondering if I would be able to paint my leather steering wheel back to original color? It's the usual worn out.
Also were could I find matching leather paint for my back seat.
Sorry this is the best picture I could find.
Cheers

You won't want to paint the steering wheel - it will literally come off in your hands... When I changed mine to black from brown leather on my old SC400, I painted it black with SEM paint, then covered the wear portion (the ring) with a leather wrap - it was time consuming but pretty easy to do really... these can be found many places...
Sorry, but no help for your back seat - maybe try to source a used one in better condition. The classifieds section is a good place to start, and there are vendors on CL that part out cars as well...

OK, thank You for your help. Though I think I might have it Re-Upholstered.
So I should just keep the steering wheel cover on? Because the steering wheel is kinda ugly, and I wasn't able to find one for sale...

here are steering wheel covers - they come the correct size for your wheel, then you lace them together to make it look pretty OEM... mine looked amazing when I was done...
