GS300 Coolant Drain/Flush
I am looking to drain the old coolant and refill with new fluid. I've been reading a few DIY (on other models) about how to drain/fill. I just dont understand how to mix the fluid with water. After all the fluid has been drained from the engine block and the radiator (this is where I need help). 1 Gallon = 3.78 liters. The manual says the capacity is 9.1 liters (or something close to). Does this mean I need to buy 2 gallons of coolant and 2 gallons of distilled water? How do I mix the water and the coolant without messing it up. please any help is appreciated.

You get a container and you fill it up 50% with water and the rest of the 50% with coolant....Just measure it out and then pour it into the engine as you go..
And yes you'll need 2 gallons of coolant and 2 gallons of water. You're going to have a lot of coolant left over since your car takes a total of 2.4 gallons only.

there are two drain plugs on 2nd gen GS300. One under radiator is a batterfly type, the other seems at the right site of engine but I can't find it. Any help appreciated, or photo.
also, although coolant level ok, there are leak tracks of coolant under the car from a flexible plastics pipes that seems to be a pressure release valve. powders at the tip of the pipe and on the cap of reservior. are these normal?
I also have a 06 sienna, at 50K miles, its reservior cap has coolant powders and reservior is empty, although rediator is full.

The drain plug on the engine bloc is on the left side (when facing the car). It's all the way in the back below the exhaust header. It's very hard to access.
When I finally had a wrench that would fit in the spot, I didn't have enough leverage to get to bolt to turn... So I left it alone. I got approx. 6 liters out of the system, so it's not too bad.
