Longo Service

There used to be a thread on all the dealer services, since I can't find it, so I'll post it here. I am sure many people have experienced for themselves around LA area, but Veronne from Longo TOOK CARE of me and my ride today. Everything from my exhaust hanging uneven, to window noise, and changing loaner car's color to match my socks (j/k on that one), but he is great!! Gotta give credit where it's due!

and thanks to Will for your help too. Saw a nice black GS, with 18' Lsportline chrome wheels and I think Ltune mufflers, very nice

Love the sound. Now just have to find some $$$ to pay for my speeding ticket on the way to Longo

then I can get the Ltuned,

btw, any lawyers in the house?? I am coming up to 4 points on my record

I think I lose my license on the next one!

Verone is a great guy. If you're doing service at Longo I would strongly recommend everyone to go to him. Took care of my problems last time, no hassle no waste of time.

Haven't seen Will there yet. I will next time when I go for 45k

I agree,also the free foods are a plus as well.

I only went to Longo once when I was shopping for my car. The sales rep didn't impress me at all. Last time I was there, I waited for 45 min because they were so busy. When the sales rep came, I was asking him about L-Tuned and he told me he knew nothing about it. When I sat down to talk about price and see if he was willing to do a pricematch I had at Lexus of Cerritos, he refused...

by the way i always see a modded Black GS there,whos is that?

Belongs to a manager...... general manager? Sales manager? I forgot. But supposedly he gets a new black GS every year.
