ES250 Electrical Problems

ES250 Electrical Problems
I just bought a 1991 ES250. There are several electrical problems. The engine and transmission run great. It is the interior features that are screwed up:
1. The antenna is stuck half way up and does not appear to help the radio at all.
2. The radio presets are lost everytime the car is turned off.
3. The interior lights seem to work backwards, that is they are on when the door is closed and turn off when the door is opened.
4. The door locks do not automatically lock and unlock.
The previous owner has put in an aftermarket radio. In doing so, he may have screwed up the electrical system for the car. I am not sure what it is and may have nothing to do with the radio.
Does anybody have any thoughts on what I can do to fix this?
