radio door flap is stuck now what.

 

Need more information. Is the door stuck closed or open. Can you voice activate the radio if you have a 2005 or newer. ? The little switch that opens and closes it near the ash tray flap are you able to press it and feel it go in and then let it out? The radio may have to come out in order to further diaganose the problem. It could be jammed because of a loose screw that holds the door to the frame. Hope thia helps
