My '99 gs3 has approx. 128k miles on it and I want to have dealership do a tranny flush and change all my fluids except for oil which I like to do myself using synthetic. Has anyone done this recently and did it make a difference on drive feel and is shifting any smoother? Also what could this cost ?

I just changed all the fluids in my 01 GS430 with 75K miles, including the differential oil, and it didn't affect driveability in any way, good or bad. Guess all the fluids were in good shape, as they should've been. If you take it to the dealer, check the tranny fluid level after the service. Mine had been overfilled by almost a quart, until this DIY service.
