changing all fluids

My '99 gs3 has approx. 128k miles on it and I want to have dealership do a tranny flush and change all my fluids except for oil which I like to do myself using synthetic. Has anyone done this recently and did it make a difference on drive feel and is shifting any smoother? Also what could this cost ?

Auto transmission fluid
Brake fluid
Coolant
Power steering fluid

I found the transmission responds better with fresh fluid.

Toyota or Lexus dealer? Has the timing belt been replaced recently, with the water pump? Spark Plugs? Believe they are scheduled at 120K miles.

Lexus but I guess Toyota can do it also. Timing belt was done at approx. 70k miles and plugs at 123k

I prefer to drop the pan and clean out metal shavings collected by magnets in the pan. I have a photo DIY on the RX300 forum.
