Default Timing belt replacement WAY overdue

Ok, I've been procrastinating long enough....
My 2002 RX300 has 163,000 miles on it and has been very good to me. I have not done much to it other than basic oil changes.
I obviously need to replace the timing belt before I end up on the side of the road somewhere kicking myself.
Does anyone know of a reputable mechanic in the Walnut Creek, CA area who could do this work for me (as well as water pump, spark plugs, transmission fluid flush etc...)
Thanks!

Welcome to Club Lexus!

Do NOT do a transmission flush, only drain and fill.

I did a flush on my 1999 myself 30K+ miles ago with no problems. Unhooked the AWD trans cooler line and poured ten quarts of Toyota fluid in while the motor was running through the gears. Until I could see the brown color fluid change to the new color Toyota fluid in the bucket. Shut it off, emptied the bucket.

Started it back up and did the same as above again, I poured ten quarts of AMSOIl ATM in until that color also changed flowing into the bucket. This way you remove all the old fluid from the torgue converter. I then connected the trans oil cooler line back up, checked the oil level and shut the hood. 0K 30K+ miles later... no problems.

I would NOT let a dealer on trans shop "power flush" with one of them machings!!!

What you did is considered a fluid exchange via cooler line, not a flush.

Some people argue that a fluid exchange is also detrimental to the transmission, as it may "shock" it with new fluid. I don't buy that theory though.
