Default Sea Foam mates :)

Ya'll listen up. I have a queston, it doesnt say on my bottle or anything, but about the sea foam thing, i plan to use it through my crankcase. Im doing it myself this time, because the guy at the shop, who changed my oil said he didnt see any smoke come out.....he poured that out . Anyway.... I was told that i have to change my oil if i decide to use it in the crankcase, is this true?

I spoke to the SeaFoam they said use half a bottle and you don't need to change it you can leave it in there.

You can pour in the existing oil, but it's better if the oil/filter is newer because when you run seafoam, the dirt deposit needs to be filtered.

I personally would change the oil after a couple hundred miles because it thins out your oil, and your oil will shear naturally as well.
