Question Oil and Filter change on LS430

Attention mechanical gurus! I just had an oil & filter change at my local Lexus dealership..$59 and change. I am now retired and have more time on my hands and would like to attempt to do this myself. I have done this on other cars I've owned. Is there a cover on the newer models (mine is an '05) that needs to be removed to get to the drain plug & filter?
Thanks in advance
Robert

I would imagine the LS has a plastic cover underneath that comes off by removing some bolts. My old 96 LS had a cover and it was easy enough to remove once the front end was up on jack stands or a pair of ramps. Even my 06 GX has a cover under the engine. But its made out of a heavy gauge metal and is kind of heavy. No doubt its also used as a skid plate.

Yes, just a simple plastic cover, remove, and the drain plug and filter are right there.
