Should I get a tune-up?
Currently I can get about 21 mpg on a good week. The car is very sluggish though. My best 1/4 has been 16.4 with some mods. The car has about 250k on it now. I've had it since 216ish. Its had a recent timing belt change and I've changed all the fluids. What should I do to make it back to factory specs? And where is that DIY of changin the plugs on the 2jz? I cant find it anywhere.

clean your throttle body while your at it since thatll come off anyway.
plugs, wires, rotor/cap, timing belt, w. pump, serpentine belt, and i think thats it? thats all the stuff i changed when i did my tune up. and tightened up the throttle cable a bit.
edit: i just notice you drive a 400, im guessing its easier to change plugs on it and not sure exactly where the throttle body is.

remember you'll need 2 dist.caps on a sc4 , and get a good set of wires.I've heard through some threads here that it is quite common to get a bad wire in the set exp. with the cheaper plug wires.
