Hey we almost have the same mileage. Ive been racing my car since I first bought it. I noticed over time it did get a bit sluggish. I havent really tracked it yet. I just put in my 5speed transmission that has about 60k miles on it and ever since that it has been picking up more especially at high end. I think my automatic transmission might have been the cause of the sluggishness. When we took it out the oil was black and it had a bad smell to it. So that might have been it. I do alot of freeway driving. I drive from Sacramento to San Jose which is about 150 miles at a constant speed of about 70mph and I burn about 1/4 of fuel. I think that is pretty good for a car with this many miles. Your fuel mileage is pretty good too. I say check your transmission fluids. If it needs a flush, flush it. Make sure there are no oil leaks around the head or the rear section of the motor. Also if your car is an SC300, to change the spark plugs what you need to do is..
1) Take off intake
2) Take off throttle body (dont forget the hard to see nuts on the bottom of the TB)
3) Remove the part of the intake manifold that sits on top of your motor (remember where the vacuum hose go when removing them)
4) Remove the front and rear valve cover pieces and you should have access to all of the plugs
