our 99 gs400 has 114k kms on it (not sure what that is in miles). it's been dealer serviced on regular dino oil all it's life until our last oil change where i did motul on it... and now it gives off a puff of blue smoke on the first morning cold start of the day
it's not burning that much oil (less than a 1/4 on the dipstick between regular service intervals), and it wasn't smoking until now. everything points to leaking valves... have i done any damage? or can i do something like change to this?:

oops i had forgotten i posted this here.
since i originally posted i took the advice of others and went to http://www.bobistheoilguy.com and from there i bought http://www.auto-rx.com and used it... and my oil problem stopped almost immediately. i'm still going thru the cleaning phase however.
