i see the recent discussions about 60K service
I recently took my GS to the local toyota dealer (no lexus in town).
They did a 60K service (toyota type) for 399. But, after the service, i found the lexus paper that details their 60K service. Lex says a valve adjustment is needed at 60K (for an extra 600bucks than I payed at toyota).
All rockers arms are very quiet. Are valve adjustments required for 60K if all quiet?
I also see some reference to the fuel filter being replaced.. toyota rep said toyotas had non-replaceable units...

Unless it's making noise then you will need to adjust it. Most Lexus dealer only adjust it when it's making noise on the older car with high miles.
