Question Setting Engine Valves?

Do the V6 engines require periodic engine valves be adjusted? Particularly, the '98 ES 300 engines.

No you don't have to adjust valve on your car at all.

You will have to adjust the valves on your Lexus if it is making noise. You will need to change the shims.
