2018 Climate Control System Issue
Hi
I have a 2018 with 55k miles. Recently my climate control system has been acting up.
After the car is turned off and parked for more than 2-3 hours the system seems to reset itself: temperature for all 4 zones get reset back to 72, concierge feature is turned off, and the system does not turn on when I start the car, until I push the AUTO button and the reset everything to my liking.
If the car is parked for less than 2 hours the system takes over a minute to turn itself back on after starting, but it keeps all of my settings.
Has anyone experienced this and/or have any ideas about what is going on?
Thanks in advance.

Without looking into this any deeper, this screams battery issue. Somehow you're loosing power to the memory part of the system after a longer period of down time. Not enough to reset other parts but a weakening none the less.
*update*
Did a little digging, apparently if you air cabin filter isn't set in the glovebox just right, it causes issues with the system. Search this thread it goes through a couple ways to fix and check it.
And lexus says there is a way to reset the system also. Found the rx way... not sure its the same for all models.
